Abstract

In this study, we aimed to evaluate the training of the hospital service quality system of Selçuk University Hospital nurses, health technicians and laboratory workers. The study sample was comprised of 154 health care workers who nurses, lab technicians, emergency technicians and anaesthesia technicians. Participants were given a questionnaire consisting of 17 questions assessment of the training regarding hospital service quality system. This study presented that health care workers interest the service quality standards and the training increases hospital service quality standards. In conclusion, although increasing awareness and the settlement of concepts are still shortcomings, service quality standards under the provision of services and infrastructure that we continue to work at the university hospital, knowledge and the training of our employees in achieving the goal of this point can be considered. Be placed the service quality standards in university hospitals will be provided the training activities as well as clinical applications.
