Reviewer Guidelines

In review processes, the identities of the author(s) and reviewer(s) are not disclosed. Pre-publication history of the articles, referee evaluation reports and identity information of the reviewers are not shared with third parties unless there is written approval of the authors and reviewers, in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Note: If requested by journal indexes such as Web of Science and TR Index, some of these processes can be shared with the approval of the Editor-in-Chief based on the confidentiality of the identifying information of the reviewers.
