A patient that had spinal epidural abscess made a recovery with few neurological deficit after an operation and antibiotical treatment in a preplegic period. Epidural abscess causes irrevesibl neurological functional deficits and death due to late diagnose and treatment. So, early diagnose and treatment is the rule for complete recovery.
