Abstract

During general anesthesia neuromuscular blocking drugs have been applied. After general anesthesia the effects of neuromuscular blocking drugs on neuromuscular junction have been cured. in patients curing from blockade has been determined by EMG. Train-of-four stimulation was used tor the records of EMG. Two different doses of atracurium and one dose of pancuronium have been applied. Our study has been done on 54 patıents. At the end of our study we observed that curing after every two doses of atracurium was faster than pancuronium.
