Hepatitis B antigens, Latex agglutınatıon testsAbstract
in this research, we investigated the sensitivity of the latex aglutinatıon method tor HBsAg searching by using passive heamagglutinatıon method tor comparison. HBsAg was found positive in 73 (%10.99) of 664 cases in latex aglutinatıon method and 67 (%10.09) of 664 in passive heamagglutinatıon method. Latex aglutinatıon test tor HBsAg has been found suitable tor rapid screening in emergency stuations and researchs.
