Abstract

The presence of both myocardial hypertrophy and coronary-to-cameral fistulae has been reported previously. However, the exact mechanisms are not clear. Herein, we reported a patient with mid-cavitary hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and concomitant connections between coronary arteries and left ventricular cavity.
