Abstract

Ulnar neuropathy is the second most common neuropathy of the upper extremity recited after the carpal tunnel syndrome. Usually direct compression, trauma, entrapment neuropathy and postural causes at the elbow have been proposed in etiology. The patients who are given general anesthesia and managed in the intensive care unit are especially at risk because of the difficulty to maintain their safe position due to unconsciousness in this paper, we described a case with cranial trauma who developed bilateral ulnar neuropathy in the intensive care unit.
