Abstract

Estimation of the death time is one of the most important problem for forensic medicine. Meanwhile there is not any absolute method to estimate it yet. In estimation of the death time physical and chemical postmortem changes should be evaluated together.

In this paper, the methods that are used to estimate of death time, according to the case characteristics have been reviewed.
