Epithelioid malignant schwannoma is an uncommon variant of malignant schwannoma. There are a few published articles about epithelioid malignant schwannoma in literature. A 38- year-old woman who had a necrotic and ulcerated, bad smelt mass with a size of 30x25x20 cm, at her right perineal region that invaded right labium majus was hospitalized.
