Bu yazıda, HIV infeksiyonlarında spesifik ve non-spesifik klinik bulgular ile, sistemlerdeki patolojiler gözden geçirilmiştir. Bu arada AIDS'de T ve B lenfosit fonksiyonlarının araştırılması, serum antikor düzeylerinin belirlenmesinde Elisa, Western-blot yöntemlerinin tanı değeri üzerinde durulmuştur.
