Abstract

Fetal kardiyak rabdomyom çok nadir görülen bir durumdur. Bu yazıda, 38. gebelik haftasında prenatal ultrasonografi ile uteroda saptanan kardiyak kitleli bir olgu sunulmuştur. İnterventriküler septumun üçte ikisinde dev bir ekojenik kitle gözlendi. Hasta tüberoskleroz ne olursa olsun ekokardiyografi, fizik muayene ve kraniyal tomografi ile üç yıl takip edildi.
