Abstract

In this article we insist on clinical diagnosis of Chlamydia trachomatis mean while, clinical aspects of cervicitis; urethritis and epididymitis due to Chlamydia trachomatis are explained and its importance in infertility and sterility is stressed. Principles of treatment in both males and females with Chlamydia trachomatis infections are given. The efficacy of both tetracycylin and doxycyline are overviewed.
