Abstract

5 yıldır komplet tip Behçet hastalığı tanısı ile tedavi gören ve hastalığın gastrointestinal sistemi tutmasına bağlı olarak gelişen terminal ileumdaki derin bir ülserin karın ön duvarına penetre olduğu bir olgu sunuldu. Akut karın tanısı ile opere edilen hastaya ileal rezeksiyon + uç-uca anastomoz ve anastomoz sızdırması nedeniyle 6 gün sonra reopere edilen hastaya bu kez sağ hemikolektomi + ileal rezeksiyon + uç-yan ileotransversostomi uygulandı. Bu olgu nedeniyle Behçet hastalığında gastrointestinal tutulum ve cerrahi tedavisi tartışıldı.
