Abstract

Hymen imperforatus adolesan çağdaki kız çocuklarında primer amenore nedeni olan konjenital bir anomalidir. Mensturasyon kanı vajinadan dışarı akamaz ve hematokolpos ortaya çıkar. Menstrüel kanın periton boşluğuna akmasıyla da sekonder endometriozise bağlı infertilite gelişebilir.
