Abstract

In this study, total LDH level of 50 patients with Ischemic Heart Diseases and 50 Healthy person were measured using Spectrophotometric method. Also their LDH-1, LDH-2, LDH-3, LDH-4 and LDH-5 isoenzyme levels were determined densitometrically after using PAGE. Student's t Test were used and it was observed in patients with Ischemic Heart Diseases that their LDH Ievels were significantly increased, compared with the control group. Also their LDH isoenzyme levels were determined. Some differences were seen between healthy persons and patients with Ishhemic Heart Diseases. However, these changes were not statistically significant.
