Bronchocentric granulomatosis, which is a necrotizing granulomatous lesion of the bronchi and bronchioles, is a rare disease which is not associated with clinical and radiological findings. It usually affects adults and is often incidentally diagnosed by chest X-ray. The diagnosis is confirmed histopathological evaluation of the lung biopsy specimens. A 58-year-old male patient underwent chest X-ray for screening purposes and pulmonary nodules were seen. Thoracic computed tomography confirmed multiple nodular lesions. As invasive and non-invasive methods failed, open lung biopsy was performed. The histopathological diagnosis was reported as bronchocentric granulomatosis. This case was presented to highlight the importance of multidisciplinary management of bronchocentric granulomatosis, which is a rare disease.
